2.1 Cyber Engage Limited may disclose Personal Data to companies within the ‘Cyber Engage’ group of companies from time to time. Group companies may include subsidiaries, any ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.
2.2 Furthermore, Cyber Engage Limited may give Personal Data about you to the following (who may use it for the same purposes as set out above):
2.2.1 To partners and third parties, including Solution Partners (as defined below) that collaborate for an event for which you registered
2.2.2 Agents and third parties who fulfil any other services on Cyber Engage Limited’s behalf (e.g. to administer payments for purchases, despatch tickets and information etc.)
2.2.3 To Delegates (as defined below) only where you are attending in a professional capacity, e.g. business-related events, where it is expected that attendees will have access to a list of attendees and their organisation but not the actual contact details.
2.2.4 To other organisations for the administration of prize draws, competitions or promotions.
2.2.5 To anyone whom Cyber Engage Limited transfers or may transfer their rights and duties with you (for example the sale of a particular event).
2.2.6 If there is a duty to do so or if the law allows it to do so.
2.3 We currently use a number of platforms for our marketing automation. If you have subscribed to our news and events information newsletter or attended / supported an event run by Cyber Engage Limited in any capacity, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be processed in accordance with their respective privacy policy. 2.4 Personal Data may be transferred to reputable companies outside the European Economic Area. Please note this will only be done if your explicit consent is obtained or when it is necessary for the performance of the agreement.
2.5 Cyber Engage Limited takes steps to ensure that your information will be afforded the same level of protection as that required of us under applicable UK Data Protection legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Third Party Websites and Services Providers
3.1 Cyber Engage Limited may, from time to time, employ the services of other parties for dealing with certain processes necessary for the operation of the Cyber Engage Limited Website, organisation and/or services. The providers of such services have access to certain personal Data provided by Users of the Cyber Engage Limited Website, Delegates and Solution Partners.
3.2 Any Data used by such parties is used only to the extent required by them to perform the services that we request. Any use for other purposes is strictly prohibited. Changes Of Business Ownership And Control
4.1 Cyber Engage Limited may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of Cyber Engage Limited. Data provided by Users will, where it is relevant to any part of our business so transferred, be transferred along with that part and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this privacy policy, be permitted to use the Data for the purposes for which it was originally supplied to us.
4.2 We may also disclose Data to a prospective purchaser of our business or any part of it.

Breach Notification
1 In the unlikely event that our computer systems are compromised and there is a potential loss of confidentiality we will report this breach to you as soon as possible.
2 In the unlikely event that personal data is exposed or taken from Cyber Engage Limited records without our consent, we will provide reports surrounding that breach within 72 hours of being notified of such an event and take any action necessary to restore security of your personal data.
Your Rights

1.1 The right to be informed – You have the right to be provided with clear, transparent and easily understandable information about how we use your information and your rights. This is why we are providing you with the information in this Policy.

2 Cyber Engage Limited usually act on requests to provide information free of charge, but may charge a reasonable fee to cover our administrative costs of providing the information for:
2.1 baseless or excessive/repeated requests, or
2.2 further copies of the same information.
Alternatively, we may be entitled to refuse to act on the request.
3 Cyber Engage Limited will respond as soon as we can. Generally, this will be within a 30-day limit from when we receive your request but, if the request is going to take longer to deal with, we’ll come back to you and let you know within the 30 day period.

1.2 When you apply to be a Cyber Engage Limited event participant you MUST consent to us collecting and storing your personal information. You will not be able to complete your registration process for a Cyber Engage Limited event without consenting to us storing your personal data.
1.3 Personal Data is obtained by Cyber Engage Limited every time you provide your details for application to a Cyber Engage Limited event via external booking forms or via event-specific questionnaires. Cyber Engage Limited will only collect Personal Data relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
1.4 Cyber Engage Limited requires Personal Data to be accurate, to ensure the provision of the best possible service including, but not limited to, the matching of Delegates to suitable Solution Partners and the allocation of overnight accommodation. Please contact Cyber Engage Limited, using the contact details provided via the Website, if you believe the Personal Data held to be incorrect. Cyber Engage Limited will erase or rectify the Personal Data without delay, upon receipt of the up to date Personal Data, as per section ii, clause 5.1.3. Cyber Engage Limited will also endeavour to update any third parties it may have transferred your Personal Data to. Cyber Engage Limited does not take any responsibility for incorrect Personal Data being submitted by a Delegate.

2.4 We may retain some of your information after you cease to use our services, if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to meet our legal obligations, such as retaining the information for tax and accounting purposes. When determining the relevant retention periods, we will consider factors including:

2.7 We may use your feedback about our events in the form of a testimonial on our website or marketing materials, including your company name and job title.

3.2 In such circumstances the Personal Data made available will be limited to the necessary information required and will be supplied strictly on condition it is only used for the purpose that we request. Any use for other purposes is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, any Data that is processed by third parties will be processed within the terms of this privacy policy and in accordance with the GDPR.
3.3 By explicitly providing consent when you register for a Cyber Engage Limited event, you are providing permission for the sharing of Personal Data with such third parties, only for the purpose of providing necessary processes for the operation of our offers.
V) SOLUTION PARTNERS
This section of the policy applies between you, the Solution Partner and Cyber Engage Limited, the provider of the event. This section of the privacy policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us or provided by you in relation to your attendance of such event. Please read this section carefully.

1.2 When you apply to be a Cyber Engage Limited event Solution Partner you MUST consent to us collecting and storing your personal information. You will not be able to complete your registration process without consenting to us storing your personal data.
1.3 Personal Data is obtained by Cyber Engage Limited for the Solution Partner specified contact, as well as any additional employees who may represent the Solution Partner at the event.
1.4 Cyber Engage Limited will only collect Personal Data relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
1.5 Cyber Engage Limited requires Personal Data to be accurate, to ensure the provision of the best possible service including, but not limited to, the matching of Delegates to suitable Solution Partners and the allocation of overnight accommodation. Please contact Cyber Engage Limited, using the contact details provided via the Website, if you believe the Personal Data held to be incorrect.
